Respect and Dignity - inspired by the way Jesus welcomed and affirmed children, (Matthew 19: 13 - 24)

In a society when only adult men were given status and rights, Jesus turned convention on its head by rebuking the disciples for trying to send away the children who were waiting to meet him.

He said that the kingdom of heaven belongs to people such as these.

Jesus is teaching us that everyone counts no matter their age, background or social standing.
