Beavertails
2 1/2 tsp fast acting yeast
3/4 cup of warm milk
2 1/2 cups of flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil
2 small eggs
1/2 tsp cinnamon
4tsp sugar
Mix together to form a dough and leave to prove for an hour. Roll out small pieces in to flat ovals the shape of a beavers tail! Shallow fry on a medium/high heat for a few minutes each side until it has puffed up and golden brown. Pat off excess oil and coat in cinnamon sugar.
