Parents / Carers are required to telephone the School Office to inform the school of any absence.

Please simply leave a message on the answerphone. Alternatively you can email: parents@lea-primary.hereford.sch.uk (please do not use the admin email)

• This should be done before 9.30 am on each day of absence. 
• If we have not been informed before 9.30 am, we have to use precious office time, to ring home/contacts to establish the reason for absence.
• If we cannot get hold of anyone, as per our SAFEGUARDING responsibility, we may well conduct a Home Visit.
